# Cart empty, getting emails

 * I’m having an issue with the Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin where i’ll add 
   a product then shortly after remove it (for testing) and a few hours/days later
   as I have it set for the recovery email.. I still get a message saying my cart
   will expire soon and to checkout. Though when I click on the link, it goes to
   my empty cart. How do I set it up so if someone does empty their cart before 
   they leave the site, the plugin removes their name from the list of ‘recoverable
   orders’? Is this a bug, or do I not have something configured correctly?

 * Thank you for reaching out to us. It should not happen, actually.
 * As if the cart total is zero, then plugins do not add it to the recoverable list.
   Can you please check what the cart total is showing for such orders?
 * Are you using any plugin that works with the Cart & checkout page of Woocommerce?
   
   If yes, then can you please check by deactivating it?
