[resolved] Cart empties, buttons weird, widget won't work (32 posts)

    This is exactly what I was looking for – a simple solution that gets the job done elegantly, so I really hope to be able to get it up and running!

    I get the "inventory tracking javascript error". I don't know if this affects the following:
    • cart often empties itself when I click "Continue Shopping", "Update Cart", "Checkout"
    • can't get widget to work
    • "Continue shopping" button at Empty Cart goes to "home" and not "store"

    Appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

    Its also not adding subtotals for product variations.

    I also noticed the "Continue Shopping" button goes back to the previous page.
    I have a "Add to cart" in a page - clicking on it brings me to the cart. When I click on "Continue Shopping" I would like to have it return to the Shop page without losing cart contents. Seems to empty cart every time.

    Hi, it seems to clash with some plugins and themes, I have advised Niaz (developer) to have a look at it and get a fix for the issue.

    Looks like the theme is overwriting the cart page CSS. I have sent the screenshot of your cart page to Niaz to see if he can get it fixed.
    Meanwhile can you please edit the cart page and see under "page attribute" what template you are using currently. If you have the option then select "default template" or "full width template" and see if that makes it any better.

    I hvae debuged your theme with Firefox Firebug...Your theme is rewriting my java scripts.Thats why you dont see the normal behaviour.

    Have installed the plug-in - really great for what I need.

    Have put in 1 product to test it here - http://www.printsetters.co.uk/printing/business-cards/matt-finish/

    If you take it through to checkout nothing happens.

    Dear ...I have fixed yoru problem after logging into your site and you have replied that you are happy. Please write somethign here and mark this thread as resolved. My future clients need to know that I AM ACTIVELY HELPING MY CLIENTS..

    Hi. I have not replied that 'I am happy' because the issues are still there.

    If you go to http://bikeschool.sg/store/ and add items to the cart, you will see that after adding a few items, the cart empties. Sometimes, even adding a second item empties the cart.

    After adding one item, I click "Continue Shopping" (or what I can see of half the button). I add anything else, and sometimes, the first item is replaced with the second item.

    For a product with options (Learn to Ride), the option subtotals are not reflected.

    My domain is bikeschool.sg.

    Someone else (asvogal) has been commenting in the thread. Perhaps you fixed that person's site and not mine.

    I will gladly mark the thread as resolved when it is in fact resolved.

    I uploaded the wpbizcart-single-site ZIP file just now and it caused an error that resulted in the entire site not working.

    Please see below- copy of email I have just sent you, thanks.

    I have deleted plugin, done a fresh download from the original link, installed new plugin. All the settings from before are still there! And still cant access any other payment gateway and no landing page. PLUS now the site (which is live) is screwed up as homepage banner has disappeared and gallery has disappeared. Nightmare. Where did you edit to sort out that problem before?

    I am tearing my hair out here. PLEASE DO WHATEVER YOU NEED TO. It didn’t seem to delete any products either when i deleted the plugin, but if you need to wipe it all i just don’t care I will redo everything JUST MAKE IT WORK please

    Sorry but I have promised my client i’ll sort it and now I have screwed his homepage due to the fresh upload and he is not happy!
