    Hello,
after trying everything with our developers, recheang out for help urgently now.
    We tried almost everything.
Plugins one by one as recomended were disabled and reenabled.
Took out everything unnesessary, updated our Enfold theme, checked cart cache, and everything else we saw in this forum as recomended. Nothing solved the problem.
Our technitians do not find anything obvious.
In detail, the problem is :
A new user is adding a product to the cart and when tries to check out he gets a msg : YOUR CART IS EMPTY.
It does not appear on older users or all of the users. Me, my technitians and some other people, we can put orders normally.
In other testing cases, a user who tried more that 5 times to put an order in the end succeeded.
This is what other uses get :

We really don’t know what else to do. In urgent need of help.

  • Hi @beautyspot1!

Thank you for sending the video; it is helpful.

I know you already tried disabling plugins one by one, but did you try a full conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce? If you haven’t, please try and check if the issue persists.

If that solves it, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

If you cannot perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

If the issue persists after that, kindly provide us your System Status; you can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, you can paste your response here.

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Cheers!

Hello again. We tried everything and we could not resolve the issue.
But just yesterday one of our assosiates noticed that the Enfold Theme (that we use) had on! it’s GDPR consent button and he suspected that this caused the problem.
And it was that! We just had to take it off and now we are back in bussiness.
Putting it here, in case anyone else will have the same issue.
Thank you for your response and interest.

    Wow! Glad that was detected.

Thanks for sharing the fix that worked in your case.

If you have any other questions related to core WooCommerce , feel free to open a new topic.

    Thanks
