  • Recently the Product Input Fields plugin has been displaying a subtotal of $50 regardless of what the product or product variation is.

    Our site offers the opportunity to purchase performances from different artists. Depending on the artist and the medium, the performance can range in price from $50 to $175. However, regardless of what option is selected, the subtotal at the bottom of the page before the add to cart button reads $50.

    If you add the item to the cart, the correct price shows in the cart (although the value of any add-on is not included). However, the possibility of confusion is high since there are two subtotals generated on the product page when making a purchase.

    Hi @revschaef,

    We have replicated the issue on our staging site where the prices are not getting changed when we change the variation.

    However, we will work on this issue and get back to you with an update.

    Thank you, Kenil. I have also noticed that the plugin is preventing the cost of add-ons from being computed in the cart. That is, if someone purchases a performance for $100 and then purchases an add-on performance for $25, the cart shows that the add-on has been made, but the subtotal reflects only the original $100 price.

    This effect remains regardless of theme used or other plug-ins activated or deactivated.

    Sorry for the inconveniences you are facing with the issue.
    It would be helpful if can you let us know which plugin version you are using, which means a Pro version or Lite version?

    Also, we have checked the product link which you shared with us but in that, we were not able to see any input fields enabled so please can you share the product link where the input links are enabled and the issue is been replicated so that we can check it once.
