# Cart Coupon Error?

 * Hello, Just recently updated to 3.3.1 and there seems to be an issue with the
   basket/cart page.
 * I have passed on the information to the theme developer as well just in case 
   if it is theme related.
 * The issues is that when you create a coupon, then apply it to the Coupon area
   in the Basket/Cart, then apply it, it gives you an error saying to enter a coupon
   code. This is an error that seems like no data/text is being inputted into the
   text box.
 * However, if you skip the basket/cart, then proceed to the checkout, and enter
   your code there, the coupon works.
 * So my understanding is that the coupon text box is not forwarding information
   to Woocommerce?
 * Are you able to test on your ends?

 * In my case the current open coupon (applicable till 2018-03-01) is automatically
   added to the basket, without even having to fill in the coupon name. That seems
   to be an error as well.
