I have a WordPress site with WooCommerce. After adding an item to the cart, you need to display the remaining time until the cart is empty. When the time runs out or the entire product is removed from the basket, this notification must be removed. For each client, the time will be different, as the baskets are different. I would like to have such functionality. This would encourage the buyer to buy, and that he would not leave the cart abandoned

So i have some question to clarify your request.
You want to create a countdown with a duration ex. 10 minutes
When the customer adds some product to the cart Countdown will start showing.
And if when the countdown expires and still in the cart there are products will remove those products?

If I’m not mistaken, then in WooCommerce the session for a client is 48 hours. Then the basket is cleared itself. You need to take the time from the WooCommerce settings, or it would be ideal to specify the time after which the cart will be cleared. For example, in the settings of your plugin, specify the time when the basket will be cleared (for example, 24 hours). The customer adds an item to the cart – a notification appears with a countdown of how much time is left until the cart is cleared. As soon as something changes in the basket (for example, a product is added or deleted, or the quantity of goods in the basket is changed), the time again becomes equal to the one we specified in the settings (for example, 24 hours). If nothing happens to the basket for 24 hours, then the basket needs to be emptied.
