Cart Abandonment

    Hi,

    Can you provide documentation for how cart abandonment works?

    At what point is a customer added to AC? Are you using AJAX to do it as soon as they enter an email address on checkout? Or are you waiting for them to place an order?

    What hooks and filters are available to tweak this process?
