 * Is there anyway to change how the variations show up in the cart. I have an issue
   with an item having anywhere between 8 variations to 16 variations showing on
   the cart page for just one item.
 * It makes it look quite long and thought if there was a way to tidy it up via 
   your plugin?

 * Based on the screenshot you sent me I can say that it can be adjusted with some
   custom CSS. It is not related to Uni CPO, it is related to how your theme displays
   custom options/attributes.
