Carrington Theme (AJAX issue) (3 posts)

I installed the Carrington theme on my site at http://rahim.org

I have the blog sitting at the root of this url but the WordPress folder has its own subdirectory.

On the archive pages at http://rahim.org/2008/09/, when you click on a link to the individual posts, you see an AJAX loading message and then web page goes blank and is trying to load something. It never finishes. This happens in Firefox 3.0.3 & Google Chrome, but not IE6 (the AJAX doesn't even work, it just goes to the permalink for the post).

I have a suspicion that this is related to the fact that I installed this blog one level up from its folder. Do I need to change anything in any of the files in the Carrington theme to account for that?

    Thanks in advance!

OK - I figured out what the problem was:

The Carrington theme and the ShareThis widget don't like to work together. Firebug gave me this error on the archives page.

uncaught exception: [Exception... "Out of Memory" nsresult: "0x8007000e (NS_ERROR_OUT_OF_MEMORY)" location: "JS frame :: http://w.sharethis.com/widget/?tabs=web%2Cpost%2Cemail&charset=utf-8&style=default&publisher=73529893-0020-4795-9293-a8cb02fd27c6&embeds=true&wp=2.6.2 :: anonymous :: line 454" data: no]
    Line 17

Will look into later and post a fix if I find one.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We'll certainly take a look and see if we can reproduce this issue.
