carrello di woocommerce – inserimento prodotti

    Buon giorno a tutti,
    da poco utilizzo wordpress e sono quindi alle prime armi.
    Sul mio sito ho installato il tema “e-commerce saga” perchè devo creare un blog collegato ad un e-commerce.
    Mi trovo però davanti ad una difficoltà che non so risolvere: configurando tutta la parte wocommerce e provando a fare delle simulazioni, mi succede che inserendo un prodotto nel carrello dalla lista dei prodotti di una categoria, tutto funziona; mentre se entro nella scheda prodotto e seleziono il tasto “aggiungi al carrello”, non accade nulla, anzi il cursore del mouse mi appare son il simbolo del cerchio sbarrato.
    Potete darmi una mano? In questo momento il sito è abilitato con il plugin under costruction, perchè volevo essere sicura che tutto funzionasse prima di lanciarlo.

    Hi there,

    If I understand correctly, you can add a product to cart when you’re on the Shop page but not when you’re on a product page.

    This is usually caused by a code conflict on your site. To test, please follow the instruction in this documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

    Ciao Thup90 e grazie per la risposta.
    Si, è proprio come hai scritto: se entro nella pagina shop, seleziono la categoria con i prodotti e clicco su “aggiungi al carrello” dalla lista dei prodotti tutto funziona perfettamente. Ma se entro nella scheda del prodotto e seleziono aggiungi al carrello non accade nulla.
    Ho provato a sostituire il tema ma il problema persiste. Grazie per il link; ho seguito tutto il troubleshooting: Wp è aggiornato – il tema è aggiornato ed anche woocommerce. Ho anche disattivato tutti i plugin per vedere se generavano conflitto ma nulla. L’unica cosa é che se controllo lo stato di woocommerce mi appare la scritta rossa sul limite di memoria wordpress con questa scritta: ” 40 MB – Consigliamo di impostare la memoria di almeno 64MB”. Potrebbe essere questo?

    Ho appena aggiornato la capacità di memoria a 64 MB ma il problema persiste.

    Hi there,

    Could you share your System Status Report, it would help us to understand your site setup a bit better. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your reply.

    Hi,
    I need to urgently solve the problem because I only work with ecommerce and I can not put the site online if you can not buy. From the forum du support wordpress have already made me do checks: theme update, wordpress update and woocommerce, sending status report. please help me.
    Do you have a solution for me? Kindly help me. Do I have a chance to open a technical report?

    Hi there,

    I checked your System Status and everything seems okay there.

    You mentioned disabling all plugins to test, could you try again by disabling all plugins as well as the theme? Since the theme has some WooCommerce template overrides on single product page, this could affect how WooCommerce works.

    I visited your site to test but it seems it’s under maintenance mode. Could you remove this so we can do some testing to see the exact issue?
