 * It is possible to change the dots or the arrows for a scroll bar?
    Something

 * I am afraid it would require significant code change to achieve that look. I 
   am not even sure if we can achieve that scroll bar look. I personally think it
   will be confusing to users since most users would be used to dotted navigation
   seen on the web.
