Carousel Not Working in Pro Only Displays List
-
No matter what I do, I cannot get the carousel to appear. It ALWAYS displays as a list. The carousel template was the reason why I purchased Pro. If you can’t get it to work, I will go back to the free plugin and ask for a refund.
The page example has a unit that was configured for the carousel.
Please advise.

Hi,
As I saw your screnshots had sent with Email, somehow template options were not stored on your site. Try re-saving the unit and see if it makes a difference.
If this doesn’t help, I need to check the problem by logging in. Send me the login info via Email. You can use the priority support Email address written on the purchase confirmation Email.
Thank you.
Please try v4.6.6. Then navigate to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Manage Units. If you find warning signs in the

Hi,
It seems that the stored template options have some incorrect information, which leads to template ID mismatches.
Could you try resetting the plugin options by going to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links (Pro) -> Settings -> Reset -> Reset Settings -> Restore Default -> Restore.
This will remove the template options as well. Then reactivate the Carousel option and see if it fixes the problem.
Also, restoring the default settings will remove your Associates settings so you need to reenter your Associate IDs via Dashboard-> Amazon Auto Links (Pro) -> Settings -> Associates.
Let me know how it goes.
