Carousel not changing

    There’s lots to learn with this plug-in… So this is likely user error. I’m on the free version for now.

    I’ve tried several different approaches to this problem but this is what I am trying at the moment:

    I have added the carousel widget to “Property Listing Top” and it does appear there. However, the images are very distorted, and they don’t change. I have left it on the default of 3000 ms.

    Hello,

    Cause of distorting images can be due to various reasons:

    1- Low quality of your images.
    2- Widget position.
    3- Image sizes.

    Issue of not changing the images can be due to a js conflict. Please try to deactivate other third party plugins and check if issue fixed or not.

    Finally if you couldn’t fix the issue yourself, please open a private ticket here and provide us WordPress admin and FTP access to your website. Then we will check it.
