Carousel does not load

The carousel is not showing on the page at all. There are no JS errors in the console, there are no errors in Apache logs.
The element, which is supposed to contain the images is set to display: none. If I change this from dev console – it shows the images with their original size, and no hint of carousel.Attaching screenshots:
