As it turned out, the background does not work in any blocks.
The border settings are also not displayed.

Hello @codersantosh.
Is there any news on this problem?
Hello @sevlad ,
I just tried the Carousel with all three Background Types.
- Background Image
- Background Video
- Background Color
All three options are working fine.
You can see the Carousel Demo.
Can you export the Block and send the download link, I will check and get back to you.
Best Regards!

Hello @sevlad , I quickly imported the JSON, here is the screenshot of the frontend result. It seems like somehow dynamic CSS is not loading on your frontend. Can you check it on the other environment too?

Hello @codersantosh
I first found this problem on my server, and then checked in this sandbox – the result is the same.
But well, I’ll try again in a third place and I’ll write later.

Hello @codersantosh
I checked on two more servers.
It is not stable and works differently on different servers. Sometimes it works only when the page is published. If not published, but saved as a draft, the backgrounds and borders are not displayed.
Sometimes it works even in the draft.
But in other blocks (e.g. slider) it doesn’t work at all.
I don’t have time to test in detail yet, but I suspect that the problems are occurring on a newly installed site. If template.json was imported, then there are no problems or less.
Please check on new WordPress installations with different blocks (not only carousel) without using import files.
Hello @sevlad ,
Thanks for the information. We will test it in detail and get back to you.
Best Regards!

Hello @codersantosh
Thanks.
Here’s another example of a problem.
I’m developing a site using multiple languages (using WPML)
I created my blocks based on Team Widget. Translated the block and inserted it into the page with the appropriate translation.
In one language page, the block has both backgrounds and borders, while the other does not.
I can arrange access to this site if needed.
Hello @sevlad , that would be great. Please feel free to message me on WordPress slack (@codersantosh on WordPress.org and Slack)
