 * Hi,
 * Two questions:
    1. Where can I edit the title that appears at the top of the 
   blog (i.e. the name of the blog)?
 * 2. The links on the Caroline theme (on the Showcase version they appear above
   the header image as ‘Home’, ‘Parent Page’, etc) have disappeared. How do I get
   them back?
