    I installed peepso and got error in javascript while login: 

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'dialog_title' of undefined
    at Object.<anonymous> (peepso.js:626)
    at i (jquery.js:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js:2)
    at y (jquery.js:4)
    at XMLHttpRequest.c (jquery.js:4)

    I was using free peepso extensions.
    Written here for support but they advised me to open a support ticket in their site.
    I opened a support ticket with ‘Emergency’ support request.
    I provided my wp-admin username and password as requested.
    But although they sent an auto generated email regarding the receipt of ticket
    even after 22 hours I did not get any response from them.
    I am not talking about solution. What i least expected is an email stating the current status of my ticket.
    I had to abandon peepso.
    The worst support experience ever.

    Hi. Sorry you had this experience. From what I see someone started looking into your site but failed to inform you about it, so it’s our bad.

    Our support operates Monday – Friday 9AM – 5PM Australian Western Time (GMT+8). We reply to the majority of requests in less than 24 hours, but although we do our best it can take us up to 48 hours to get back to you (72 hours if the request was made just before or during the weekend).
