It won’t let them delete the old card becuase there’s a subscription linked to it, so they can’t delete the old card and add the new one. Navigate to My Account > My Subscriptions 2. Click on `View` – The status of the subscription is shown. 3. Click on `Change payment` 4. The customer’s normal stored payment methods will show as in any checkout, and the option to enter a new card should be available as well. * Braintree for WooCommerce doesn’t use Braintree’s subscription handling – instead, it tokenizes the customer’s payment method and then lets the Subscriptions plugin handle charging the payment method. This is a far more flexible method and supports many features not provided through Braintree’s control panels, such as changing payment methods, dates, and amounts. * Once the Payment method is updated for the Subscription, your customer will be able to delete that card, as it will no longer be tied to the pending renewal payment. * I hope this helps!
