I have a requirement where I need to capture a parameter from the page URL and pass it along with other form fields to Salesforce. Any idea how I can do this with the plugin?

Dynamically populating fields is on the roadmap, but not available in the current version.

Use a hidden field and some jQuery to populate it with the query string variable.
    OR
Use the salesforce_w2l_form_html filter to add it when the form is rendered (hacky).
    OR
Wait for 2.3.2 - which has a filter to allow you to set the value of a field without jQuery. You can grab it on GitHub now:
