 * The capture form on my website does not send an email to me when it is filled
   out however the form does work when accessed from my mobile version, using Dudamobile.
 * Thoughts on what is going on?

 * I have also tried using a plugin downloaded for such a purpose, and do not receive
   the email from the website.
