Since this is a commercial theme you should check with Studio Press.
You can also work your way down this list, http://wordpress.org/support/topic/troubleshooting-wordpress-32-master-list?replies=8,
Why would it be Studiopress when it was working fine prior to the upgrade?

The thumbnails and captions are still out of alignment for WP 3.2.1
This implies the problem existed in at least 3.2.
Why would it be Studiopress when it was working fine prior to the upgrade?
Because some themes break with upgrades and have to be updated themselves as requirements change. And because you have a commercial theme, they provide support.
The point is, you have to start somewhere to find out what is causing the error. The starting point is the list I gave you particularly this.
Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). Don’t forget the ones in mu-plugins. If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
Deactivated the plugins and it didn’t resolve the problem. ]

Did you – switch to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
Did you check with Studio Press? Do you understand that THEY are responsible for your support because you PAID them money?
If you don’t want advice go to Starbucks.
It is not a theme issue as I suspected. And before you mouth off with rude comments (>If you don’t want advice go to Starbucks) why don’t you wait for a response?! It is not appreciated.
I sent an email to the owner of Studiopress yesterday and added additional comments with 2 examples in the thread (started on this topic a week ago) on the Studiopress Enterprise theme forum.
For the benefit of anyone who is experiencing the same thing, this was a senior mod’s response :
“It does appear to be a WP issue, I’m looking into it and will submit a match to wp core. I’ll post my recommended changes here too if you feel up to moding core files.”
It is not a theme issue as I suspected.

if you feel up to moding core files.
Do not modify core files. If you do so, they will be overwritten at every upgrade. Any theme should work without modifying wp core files.
Strangely with over 1 million downloads of wp, you and a couple of others, using a theme from Studio Press have a particular problem and you choose to blame wp. A good scapegoat.
I am not blaming anyone. I am trying to get to the root of the problem.
So, as part of your diagnosis in getting to the root of the problem, have you tried switching to the default theme as was suggested? I hesitate to even bring it up again, but I don’t actually see a firm response to that suggestion/question yet.
It is not a theme issue as I suspected.
Just for the sake of clarity, does that mean that you actually tried the default theme and the symptom stayed exactly the same?
The ‘go to starbucks’ comment was pointing out that you need to go to the right place for the right help.
As has been asked: HOW did you determine this is NOT your theme?
I checked on my test site and captions work fine: http://test.ipstenu.org/2008/09/images-test/2/
Actually, I am experiencing a similar problem with captions.
If I insert a caption, the picture automatically goes to the left-hand side, and I’m using a different theme.
William, try the Twenty Eleven theme.
Just because it’s happening on different themes does not mean it’s not a theme issue 🙂
Clayton…yes I tried it but the captions ended up overlapping past the thumbnail to the left instead of being centered.
It automatically is centered in the window after I upload the image with the caption from the media files. Then I publish the page and that’s when it gets messed up on the Enterprise theme.
I have a question…why would captions be centered in the window and then go way over to the left hand side past the thumbnail after it is published. I am referring to the Twenty Eleven theme. I am just assuming it would be centered because it looks centered before publishing. Maybe I should just center the captions and see what happens in both themes.
I did not have this issue before the upgrade so it’s got to be something not in sync obviously or more specific rules (i.e. I will center the captions and see what happens)…whatever. BRB
Nor did it work on the Twenty Eleven theme. After I centered the caption, now it is way over on the right hand side beyond the thumbnail. Errrr!
