What do you purpose that “small description” be. The excerpt averages 40 words, not so small. Even if you took the first 10 words it’s then only the first ten words of the post and not really a description.
So my thought was if you wanted to have both then you could just create the slider with the link, title and whatever description you wanted using the slider settings and not the latest posts slider.

I set it to “latest post”
So the slider actually show the feature image of post and the tittle
My question is if the slider support to show ,below the tittle, also the beginning (a few words of the post)or a custom subtittle set by me

I’m sorry I guess I wasn’t clear. I do understand what you are asking. I am telling you that the latest posts slider only shows the title, and if you want to code it differently you can but showing the first 10 or so words from the post often doesn’t make sense.
If you want to have a slider that shows a title and some description then just use the flex slider and create your own captions with a link to your post.
