No the capture feature does not have the ability to be applied only to specific pages. For example if you enable the comment capture, it will be applied to all applicable posts/pages which contain the comment form.

What sort of issues are you seeing on your forum pages?

Using Simple-Press, the AIO captcha text “Please enter an answer in digits” appears at the top under the user’s avitar, even if they haven’t pressed the “log-in” or “register” button.

The data field is there too, but it assumes the background color and isn’t visible unless you click in that area.

As far as I can tell the captcha on that page isn’t working as prompt is obscured when the user clicks the “register” button and the registration form opens.

I don’t think it’s a conflict as much as an incompatibility, so my thinking would be it would be helpful if I could toggle the captcha on and off on various pages.

Same by the way for the brute force cookie protections. An excellent feature, but difficult to use if your site has forum log-ins, affiliate log-ins, etc. At that’s my understanding thus far.

Again, an excellent program, but a few more adjustable features would be a great help.

    Thanks for the feedback.

We will put this on our TODO list to see if we can add some tweaks to the captcha feature to cater for situations like yours. Just keep in mind that we are rather flat out in all departments so I can’t give you a definite estimate of time.

I will set this thread to “resolved” because it is more a feature request than a bug and we will let you know via this post if/when we have something ready.
