Captcha shows up for Home page

    Get the following box when trying to access website from main URL, http://www.oregonparalegals.org

    Windows Security
    The server oregonparalegals.org at WordPress attack protection CAPTCHA. enter username: prmkcw Password: The result of math 16+4 requires a username and password.
    (with a box to enter the username and password)
    Entering prmkcw, then 20 lets you in.
    This began happening I think at the last time I updated plugins.

    I looked in the folder, Wpcf7_captcha and it had one file, htcaccess
    this had in it:
    Order deny,allow
    Deny from all
    <Files ~ “^[0-9A-Za-z]+\.(jpeg|gif|png)$”>
    Allow from all
    </Files>
