captcha result incorrect after migration

    Hi,
    Since migrating to a new server we are receiving the following message

    Error: You have entered a wrong CAPTCHA text/result. Press your browser’s back button and try again.

    I have the plugin set to simple math questions and it is repeatedly telling me my correct answers are incorrect.
    Is it possible there is a permissions problem on my new hosting, and if so where and how do I change it?

    This is for standard comments on WP 3.8.1 using the ‘Responsive’ theme
