  • I have the same problem. Any workaround? solution?

    I investigated some more and found that the captcha refresh background-image is not being supplied in the CSS for my form.

    In the Form Maker manager, the refresh button is supplied by:

    .captcha_refresh {
        background-image: url("");
        border-width: 0;
        cursor: pointer;
        height: 30px;
        margin: 0;
        padding: 0;
        vertical-align: middle;
        width: 30px;

    In the CSS for my form, the background image is missing:

    #form10 .captcha_refresh {
        border-width: 0 !important;
        cursor: pointer !important;
        margin: 0 !important;
        padding: 0 !important;
        vertical-align: middle !important;
        width: 18px !important;

    I haven’t yet figured out a workaround.

    Great service! They fixed it. No explanation, but now the css looks like below and the refresh symbol displays.

    #form10 .captcha_refresh
    { width:30px !important;
     height:30px !important;
     border-width:0px !important;
     margin: 0px !important;
     padding: 0px !important;
     vertical-align:middle !important;
     cursor:pointer !important;
     background-image: url( !important;
