If I cross check the woocomerce registration page + captcha = Google reCAPTCHA v2 works fine here.
Do you have any captcha related anotehr pluign instealled ? If possible try disable one by one also make sure it is not due to the any cache.
Can you please share if possible the registratio page url you have the problem. You may use https://pastebin.com/ and burn after read option.

If I cross-check seems to have the registration form is hidden and later it shows the registration page. for that is there any plugin installed or is it a theme functionality ?
I do not conisder this as cache pluign issue but if any cahce plugin on please disable it once.
I will create internal ticket also if some how we can replicate this issue.

I have turned off the tabs on the login page but the issue persist. Also also tried to turn off the cache plugin but it didn’t helped.
