    Hi Paul,

Sorry that you ran into issues here!

We had an issue with that, but patched it in 3.6.12. Are you running the latest plugin?

If you are, I’d suggest a conflict test to see if something else is including reCAPTCHA a second time (and shouldn’t be if it’s loaded!)

Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with Business Directory, which may help pinpoint the issue: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/how-to-check-for-plugin-and-theme-conflicts-with-bd/

Report back on those and we’ll take it from there.

It likely is a conflict (as I have latest release) but it did not conflict before. However, no BIG issue for me personally,as users must be logged in after registering in order to submit a listing, and I’ve already filtered out spammers with the registration process (confirmation email, recaptcha).

Because it is a love site with a large number of users, I can’t go disabling other plugins right now. However, if it IS a plugin conflict, I can’t understand why the directory contact page still displays the reCAPTCHA without issue.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Hi Paul,

Our local tests haven’t found that the submit page shows any different behavior with the reCAPTCHA enabled than the contact form so it’s hard to say what might be going on here. We’d need the results of that conflict test to proceed. Let me know if that becomes a further issue or you want to continue the discussion.
