Captcha not working on all forms

Hi, we have been using Contact Form Email quite successfully for some time up to yesterday. We are currently using version 1.2.85. Yesterday, a client contacted us to say he could not submit a form because the “security code” was not displaying but the submit button would not allow submission without it. We have had to remove the captcha from all forms now leaving us very exposed to spam. I have left one form active in the link above to show you the problem but this form, an important course evaluation, will now work for our clients.
Any help in urgently addressing this problem would be gratefully received.
