Thanks, I can see the issue there it says Incorrect Captcha on submit that seems issue.
I will check in more detail here to replicate issue and get back to you.
You can disable the captcha now.
My team members can’t replicate the issue. I am sure the issue is your WP site specific. It might be a third party plugin conflict.
May I know if you are using any other captcha plugin?
Are you using any optimization or cache plugin that clears WordPress transients? I am asking it because the captcha answer is stored in transient now.
Can you please deactivate all plugins except AIOS and BuddyPress and then test?

I disabled all plugins, enabled captcha and it did not help.
All plugins installed on my site:
Akismet Anti-Spam, All In One WP Security, BackUpWordPress, bbPress, BuddyPress, BuddyPress Docs, Classic Editor, Classic Widgets, Contact Form 7, GTranslate, Remove Dashboard Access, WP Mail SMTP, WP-Optimize, Yoast SEO
