# Captcha not working

 * When I try to upload a file to test it out and enter the captcha in the box and
   then hit submit, I get an error message saying wrong captcha entered. I have 
   double checked the captcha and even tried a new one and still no luck. Will the
   captcha only work if it is online and not just on a local machine?
