captcha not displayed

    On some of my sites, I see the captcha but on some there is no captcha and it says:

    Why do I have to complete a CAPTCHA?

    Completing the CAPTCHA proves you are a human and gives you temporary access to the web property.
    What can I do to prevent this in the future?

    This looks like cloudflare is getting in the way of the plugin being able to download the database it needs from Maxmind?

    If this is troubling you you can always download the database manually and set the option to not update the database manually.

    I have no experience with cloudflare so I am currently unfamiliar with another solution.
