# CAPTCHA not working and login page not redirecting

 * Hi Team,
 * The CAPTCHA is not working often for me after updating the plugin into its latest
   version.
 * After disabling the CAPTCHA I have this problem.

 * In Firefox and Chrome, I just see the username and password fields. In the Firefox
   Developer’s browser, I see all 3 – including CAPTCHA… the first time.
 * When I tried to login again using the Firefox Developer’s browser, I no longer
   get the CAPTCHA thing. What was the problem here?

 * I have renamed the login page like [http:///www.example.com/eadmin](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/captcha-loading-after-disabling/?output_format=md).
   After logged into my website, when I try the renamed URL, it is not redirecting
   to wp-admin

 * Try clearing your browser cookies and cache.
    Also, if you are running W3 Total
   Cache plugin (or something similar) try clearing all caches.
