Captcha for subscription widget

    I’m starting to get spammers signing up on my site Jetpack subscription widget. It’s really basic just asking for a name and email address. How can I add a captcha check to subscribers to prevent some of these?

    We recently restricted email addresses to a single pending subscription each. This means that if you have a pending subscription to any WordPress.com or Jetpack site, you will not be able to subscribe to anything else until the pending subscription is either confirmed or deleted.

    This was meant to reduce the number of spam addresses signing up for subscriptions.

    Oh never mind. 🙂 I just realized these were new fake users and not subscribers. I had the box checked to allow for anyone to register and they were finding it.
