 * A couple of little things.
 * No captcha image is showing up. How do I make that work?
 * The look of the form is destroyed in my theme (ThemeHall Church), with the boxes
   scattered around the page. What can I do about that? I’m not trying to do anything
   clever. I just want it to look like it does in the demo.
 * What if I want to have three different forms on different pages. Can I have more
   than one shortcode?
 * Sorry to be so clueless.

 * Please check your htaccess file and enable to access captcha.php file.
 * Now you can add only one contact form.
