Do you have access to the hosting control panel?

Contact the host and they can always disable plugins for you.

This is Embarrassing but no.. Who hosted her site has toke the money then she simply disappear

So, (1) you can’t login to WP, (2) you do not have access to the hosting and (3) the host has abandoned the hosting. Seems to me you should really be focused on moving the site elsewhere.

One thing the moderator didn’t mention is, in order to move the site you must have access to where you registered the domain name. That would be a domain name registration service like GoDaddy or NameCheap or equivalent. If you don’t have access to your registered domain name as the owner of the domain, then it’s going to be difficult to move the site unless you can access the TLD (top level domain). If not, you’re mostly out of luck. If so, then move the site using All in One Migration plugin to a new host and once it’s moved, use the DNS panel at your domain registrar to point your domain to the new host.

If you don’t have access to the current host’s control panel, you should definitely move the site and set up hosting with a reputable hosting company where you have that level of access.

If you have an invalid key for reCaptcha – that’s probably to prevent spam on form submission.

You should register a new reCaptcha key here: https://www.google.com/recaptcha

Then, you just add the two new keys to the form’s reCaptcha text fields in some settings panel. It could be as simple as that.
