CAPTCHA doesn't show or work

My captcha has stopped showing on the Cimatti contact and submission forms on my contact and submission pages on most browsers. I’m beginning to think this problem has something to do with the 3.9 version WordPress update.

I have removed it from my forms because people couldn’t submit or contact me. This came at a bad time: I’m running a Mother’s Day Contest and don’t know how many entries I haven’t gotten because of the problem.

I’ve also learned that this captcha must be unique to Cimatti forms because I have another captcha enabled for registration/login. (It involves math and is very easy to read.) I discovered this by disabling and enabling all of my captchas and removing and re-adding them to my Cimatti forms and my login/registration.

I would like to use this other captcha (the math captcha) for my Cimatti forms. The captcha that Cimatti uses is very difficult to read.

Can I change the Cimatti captcha through Cimatti form settings, or can I disable it to use my other math captcha?
