The recaptcha is configured correctly, including the keys and on the forms themselves. Nothing shows up on the front-end. It errors on submission. I’ve also ticked off “No comment form reCAPTCHA for logged in users” to be sure it isn’t a cache issue. http://sncodemocrats.org/contact-us/

  • I see you are using my Fast Secure Contact form plugin. The reCAPTCHA for that form is fully controlled from the security tab when you edit the form.

I have the same problem, but for comments.
    For example, on this page:
    http://treelight.com/voting-advice-system/motivation/imagining-a-voting-advice-system

The reCaptcha is not shown, then the comment is rejected because the reCaptcha is not correct.

Had the exact same issue with SI Captcha, which is why I tried this one.

I’m using JetPack comments in 4.8, latest versions of everything.

(I’m deactivating it now, so readers can comment. Can reactive for a period of time, if need be.)

You cannot use any captcha plugins with jetpack comments. That is a known limitation in the FAQ. Either disable the comments captcha or disable jetpack comments.

Thank you for that definitive answer!
