Can’t create an account on your support page.
I tried to delete and reinstall got same problem.
No error on console browser.

Thank you for the link. It was small CSS conflict with the theme.
Please go to Support Plus > Settings > Custom CSS and insert below code there:
#wpsp_nocaptcha td:first-child{padding:0px !important;}
