Captcha box no longer appears

    I have a few sites with this plugin installed which are running WordPress 5.0.2 and Contact Form 7 version 5.1.1 and notice that the captcha box no longer appears in the forms. I also use the Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft plugin which uses the same captcha keys and the captcha box appears as normal. This appeared to just happen within the last few days and there have been no major additions or changes to any of my websites. Does anyone have an idea on the cause and or resolution?
