Hello,
The [cf7ic] shortcode is the only thing required for it to work.
My guess is that there may be another plugin that is interfering with the CAPTCHA.
Do you have any other plugins for contact form 7 running?
Can you provide a link to your site?
Sometimes a JavaScript error can cause issues with Contact Form 7 as well.
Hi, thanks. I actually found the culprit in the meantime. It’s the other CF7 plugin: ‘CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension’ that clashes with yours. Anyway, CAPTCHA works great after disabling the extension at fault.
I’ve also translated the language files to my native language, fell free to use them 🙂

Thank you for reporting this, I’ll test out ‘CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension’ and see if I can make get my plugin to be compatible, if not, I’ll contact the plugin developer.
WordPress now allows you to add translation directly online, you can go to the link below to add additional languages:

Thanks!
Hello!
I also experience the same issue, but while using another plugin. It is called Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7. After disabling, the captcha works without problems. Maybe you could contact the developer or look what is the problem – I would really like to use your plugin on my site (and also to buy PRO), but I can’t completely disable the another plugin.
Thank you in advance!
I have added Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7 plugin to the testing list. Thank you for reporting it.
Hi @servantez I just tested the “CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension” by “Aurovrata V.” and it the plugin seems to work fine.
Could it be a different plugin causing the CAPTCHA not to work?
I did notice that they made a recent update, maybe that fixed the issue?
@ddr94 could you open a separate issue with the title:
Incompatible with Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7
This way I will be able to help you better.
I just did a quick test with this plugin and it seems to be working fine, so I will need to get some more information from you. Maybe I can replicate your form you are having problems with.
Thanks!
@ktc_88 sorry for my late response. I created a new issue. I also tried it on a fresh installation with only that three plugins – unfortunately it still doesn’t work.
