This feature is to be used when you have multiple service providers on your service but physically only one slot that you can book and not to increase number of bookings per slot (in case you have 1 provider) if that makes sense.
Lets say you have a hair salon and only one chair but 2 hair dressers, this is the case where you’d want to use capacity so you can limit number of available bookings per slot to 1. Otherwise number of possible bookings per slot is limited to number of service providers that are working on that service.
So in your case you’d want to either create another service provider (it can be dummy service provider which is used to forward all appointments to the same provider)
