 * On my blog(s) I’ve always used TinyMCE to enhance the editing toolbar.
 * However when used in conjunction with “capability manager” plugin I can’t seem
to find the right option to allow non-admin lebel users to configure TinyMCE
   for their own preferences.
 * Be happy to find a default that we all could use but it seems that each person
has to do their own thing – is there a way round this? Or does anyone know which
tickbox to tick on in capability manager to allow this to happen?
