Adding only one role e.g. "employer" in resume visibility works fine but when trying to add more than one role e.g. "employer, administrator" it doesn't work. I tried with with and without space after comma but can't get the results.
How do I do this? For Example when I want resumes to be visible to employer and administrator?
I checked this: http://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities but couldn't solve it.

I'd suggest using a custom capability. Create one and add it to the roles you want using https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/, then use this one capability in the setting.

So, while being Admin i cant view the resumes on the frontend? Only employers can?
Even if I add new Role, for example admin-employer, I cant give this role to everyone. So, it means the plugin that you suggest is not helping us.

@yerbol05 CAPABILITIES are not the same as roles- caps can be given to any role. Read the codex doc.

Ok, thanks! I added new capability to both employers and editor (admin by default) and this capability to settings of plugin.
    Now it works!
