# Can’t view user profile

 * I need help for my website. I can’t view members profile it direct to home page
   everytime i click any member or user profile. Thank you

 * Hi,
    Are you using a membership plugin? Not a complete solution but try deactivating
   any such plugins and if the user screen works as normal, you might have your 
   culprit. In fact, start deactivating all plugins one by one and see if that resolves
   it.

 * Is there a specific place or link this is happening on your website?
 * I have clicked through the agents on the home page and some members on the forum.
   In both cases I was taken to where I would expect to be taken, and was not redirected
   to the home page.

 * Maybe this is a problem with your browser. I was able to click and view the member’s
   area as well. Try clearing your browser’s cache and see if it helps
