Can't view my dashboard when I log in (5 posts)

Everything was working great until last night when I attempted to install a plugin. As soon as I hit the install button, my viewable dashboard and all other pages went blank white.

My website is still live and looks fine, but I can't see anything on my back end (or admin area).

I would try to uninstall the plugin, however I can't see any buttons do accomplish this.

I have tried on various browsers, IE, FF, and Chrome... all the same. I tried clearing my cache, same thing.

    Please help!

Do you have FTP access to your website?

    Try:
    - switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme's folder inside wp-content/themes and adding "-old" to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

I don't have FTP access right now, I must track down the designer who made the site. Any other suggestions in the meantime?

You will need FTP or panel access from the host of the website to fix the issue, as Esmi described above sadly.
