 * IF the client uploads images, the agent can download the jpg, but then it says“
   It looks like we can’t open this file format”. Can you advise?

 * Please send us the messages generated in the debug.log file so that we can have
   more information regarding this issue? Also, you can try to deactivate your other
   plugins in case there might be an issue with another plugin. Here is a link that
