Can't view any causes, even sample cause

    I’ve downloaded and installed the plugin, but I can’t get to the sample cause page. The permalink seems to be correct, with the correct slug, and I use pretty permalinks, but I still can’t navigate to the page. It simply displays a 404 page cannot be found. Do I need to somehow create a new page under my page menu for the cause?
