I emailed you all the login info within minutes of your last post – just saw I got it returned with mailer-daemon saying undeliverable to platy@platycorp.com
Is there an alternate method or address?

A temporary solution to this problem is to deactivate and reactivate the plugin.
If only it was that simple! Thanks for the quick update, unfortunately the new version is much worse as it crashes the whole site:

I have the same problem, the problem occurs when the redirection page is wrong after clicking on authorisation.
The page is not working properly platycorp.com is redirecting you too many times.
Try clearing the cookie.
