    hello

    I really want to use shareaholic in mi site sebastopolys.com, I love this plugin.

    It was installed and working fine but today for mi surprise I saw an AD after share buttons.
    When trying to access mi WP dashoard, I couldnt activate any option from plugin options neither from WP dashoard general options.

    I desactivate all plugins and switch to twenty twelve theme,, but issue wont resolve.
    Please assist me

    After installing Shareaholic, a number of default settings are in place that are designed to be easily customizable. One of these is the “Post Share Ads” that you are describing.

    Here’s the help article on how you would deactivate the Post Share Ads:

    I ve already do it from Website.. since the plugin settings on mi WP is not working.. all options above de Shareaólic tab are like dead,, even other tabs from WP main options like “see site” or “new post”
    This only happens when entering shareaholic settings.

    But no problem .. plugin is working fine again now.. Its just I cannot use Settings option from WP dashboard.

    As you can see in image, pointer is not clickable above the shareaholic tab in WP options…

    Hi there – that’s very strange. What is your operating system? At first glance it does not look like Windows or MacOS.

    If you try a different browser instead of Firefox does it work? Or, if you try on a different computer does it work?

    This might help narrow things down for us. If that doesn’t help, we might want to log into your admin section and try and diagnose it directly.

    Yes, that helped..
    I have Linux, and was using Firefox.
    Now I ve tried Chrome and everything is ok..
    But issue persists in Firefox.

    Okay great! We’ll note this down as a bug to be looked at. In the meantime hopefully you are able to manage your settings using Chrome when needed.
